Refund Policy and Shipping Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving an item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at doggothings@protonmail.com. JUST ASK FOR A RMA (return merch auth)

 Please do not send any item without first requesting a return as they will not be accepted.  

There is a restocking fee of 30%  to cover handling, duties, tariffs
shipping container, marketing, warehouse rental, fulfillment center personnel and other freight, licensing and fulfillment costs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It's rare but it is possible items are damaged during shipping. We inspect every item Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, holiday sale items or gift cards. 
NOTE: If there is an exception made to the refund policy, a restocking fee applies to cover shipping, handling and restocking costs. Please refer to returns section to see amount assessed for restocking. Not all items are eligible for return.  
Exchanges 
We are happy to exchange any item for the same or similar item if it is not working.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund process may take 7-14 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement.

Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
Products such as but not limited to the below list are considered
as FINAL SALES and will not be eligible for return/exchange:
  • Underwear (bras, boxers, g-strings...etc)
  • Personal care items (nail clippers, makeup brushes, razors..etc)
  • Pet supplies including collars and trackers.
  • Bedding, pillows, sheets, duvets or comforter covers
  • Electronics (cameras, drones, tablets, gps trackers, phones or laptops.
  • SEX toys, (Ropes, Duct Tape, Vibrators, etc) 
  • Food & Beverage Related Items 
  • Self Defense Items (Mace, knives, tear gas grenades, ammo etc)  
  • All Covid19, Covid21, Covid23 and Covid24 gear, opportunity zones such as blm resistance or assistance items, masks, riot, looting-resistance or prepper gear.
  • Burning Man gear, music festival wear or party gear.
Clearance products/products on sale or holiday specials are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange.

If there is an exception made to the refund policy, a 30% restocking fee applies to ALL returns.

SHIPPING POLICYDoggo Trackers are shipped asap once you finish completing the ordering process. Normal shipping times are between 15-45 days. if you do not receive your products within that time period, please contact us via email at doggothings@protonmail.com with your order number.
